Commonly used techniques and tools


This section describes some of the commonly used tools and techniques that appear in Animo 2.0 applications.

Creating a bounding box

Bounding boxes are outline rectangles that are used in many Animo 2.0 applications to enable you to select more than one item. For example, in InkPaint you use a bounding box to select multiple regions to paint.

To create a bounding box:

  1. Position the cursor over the area where you want to create a bounding box.
  1. Drag the mouse. As you drag, a bounding box is drawn:
  1. Release the mouse button when the bounding box is the size you require.
